固件与配套软件Firmware and companion software

随板固件类型、对应驱动与工具、安装说明，以及需要的下载获取方式。Supplied firmware type, matching driver and tools, installation instructions and access to required downloads.

发货与服务安排Shipping and support arrangements

收货地区是否支持配送、预计发货安排、运费、售后范围和返修联系流程。具体以当次与官方确认的信息为准。Delivery availability for your region, expected dispatch arrangements, shipping costs, after-sales scope and repair contact process. Follow the details confirmed with official support for your order.

随板固件与老客户更新Supplied firmware and existing-customer updates

无痕检举固件已上线，老客户免费更新。“无痕检举” firmware is available; existing customers receive a free update.

该类型固件随板卡发出。老客户可通过官网联系渠道确认板卡型号、配套版本和免费更新安排。25G 固件目前仍在开发与测试中。This firmware type is supplied with the board. Existing customers can confirm the board model, matching version and free-update arrangements through official support. The 25G firmware remains in development and testing.

对照交付记录核对型号、标签和配件，保留开箱与实物照片。Compare models, labels and accessories with the delivery record, and keep unboxing and item photos.

按教程安装Follow the installation guide

先确认主副机与插槽，断电完成硬件安装，再按配套说明安装驱动。Identify both PCs and the slot. Disconnect power for hardware installation, then install the matching driver.
