先区分没有找到设备，还是已识别但提示驱动或状态错误。First distinguish a missing device from a detected device with a driver or status error.

1. 保留设备管理器中的完整名称和错误代码。Keep the full Device Manager name and error code.
2. 需要核对安装时，先关机断电，再检查板卡是否固定、插槽规格及主板通道分配。If installation needs checking, power off and disconnect power before checking board seating, slot specifications and motherboard lane allocation.
3. 确认副机安装的是对应官方驱动，再用官方检测工具查看设备与 PCIe 链路状态。Confirm that the secondary PC uses the matching official driver, then inspect device and PCIe link status with the diagnostic tool.

从标签、配套关系和插接状态开始，保留两端的实际情况。Start with labels, component pairing and connector seating, and record the state at both ends.

1. 按套件标签分清主机和副机，确认接收端、线缆与固件的配套关系。Identify the primary and secondary PCs from kit labels and confirm that the receiver, cable and firmware match.
2. 按实物标签核对光纤端口；要求 NIC1 时认准 NIC1，不只按上下位置判断。Check port labels on the hardware. Use NIC1 when specified rather than relying on top or bottom position.
3. 检查两端插头是否平直插入并锁住，记录接口标识、指示灯及检测工具的实际显示。Check that connectors are straight and latched at both ends. Record port labels, indicators and the diagnostic tool output.

先保留测试条件，再对比结果，避免只比较一个数字。Keep the test conditions before comparing results; a single number is not enough.

1. 记录工具版本、测试设置、测试时的原始单位、固件及驱动版本。Record the tool version, settings, original units, firmware and driver versions.
2. 查看 PCIe 当前与最大链路状态，并记录两台电脑的硬件与系统情况。Check current and maximum PCIe link states and record the hardware and OS details of both PCs.
3. 偶发断速、归零或程序退出时，记下故障时间；需要时使用日志采集工具导出 ZIP。For intermittent dropouts, zero readings or application exits, note the problem time and export a ZIP with the log collector when needed.

先保留页面提示和资源名称，再判断是验证还是传输问题。Keep the page message and resource name to distinguish a verification issue from a transfer issue.

1. 确认使用官方提供的下载密码；连续输错触发冷却时，按页面提示等待。Confirm that you are using the official download password. If repeated errors trigger a cooldown, follow the wait time shown on the page.
2. 已经开始传输的文件，先在浏览器下载列表检查状态；中断后验证已过期时，回下载页重新验证。Check a transfer in the browser download list. If it stops after verification expires, return to Downloads and verify again.
3. 下载完成后核对对应文件的完整 SHA-256；大小或校验值不一致时重新下载并保留提示。After downloading, compare the full SHA-256 for the corresponding file. If size or checksum differs, download again and keep any error message.
